Galway City Distillery This was a very interesting project where Peacock helped a create a unique offering in the heart of Galway City. Previously Tribeton, the client inherited this warehouse with some furniture and joinery so it was our job to remodel, recover plus reposition existing elements and re-imagine a new environment for GCD. The space has been split into a distillery, a distillery school plus cafe and bar all offering their own USP with an ingrained sense of Galway!
